Just got a Sumvision Cyclone Media Player and connected to my mac computer. It found the drive called as "New Volume". Open the folder and had different folders inside: Movies, Music, Pictures, System Volume Information. If I get into the folders as for example "Movies" files I cannot drag any files to the folders since a message comes for example: The item "XXXXX.avi" could not be moved because "New Volume" cannot be modified. What should I do? Is that because I am using a Mac computer? And if so do I need to erase and reformat the drive or what? Desperate here. Thank you.

Got the Cyclone to work...
just reformatted the drive in Fat 32 with my mac and everything worked fine.
If you have a problem like this don't forget to create the files on your reformatted drive: Movies, Pictures and Music!

Hi,My Sumivision Cyclone was working fine buyt now when I power it on the normal Cyclone Splash Screen appears on the TV but then before the menu takes over everything dissappears back to Blue Screen meaning that I cant operate it as I have no menu to navigate. On re-connecting to a PC all is present and correct.
What should I do?

I have the same problem as Rabbito.
Has anyone got any suggestions for this problem.
When I power on the CYCLONE connected to TV via AV all I get is this SUMVISION splash screen and the blue menu does not appear.
I can connect it to a pc and all is ok from this respect, but the unit is currently useless as a media player through the TV as designed.

Hi there... I haven't had the same problem you two have but sometimes when I connect to the TV it says it cannot read the drive... the only thing I do is turn off and on again a couple of times and then it works fine. I know it is a pain having to turn off and on again but that is the only thing I can suggest. The bad thing with this product is that they don't have online support and as far as I know there is no help line to call too. Next time am getting a better brand which has full technical support. Sorry I am not able to help.
