My video card's TV-out. Cables?

I have a question regarding my video card's TV-Out capabilities. Here is the video card I have:
vhs .cfm" class="forum_link" target="_blank">S-VHS inputs. My question is, what cable would be the best to get the signal across from my laptop to my television? Thanks in advance.

Again: CVI is better than SVHS is better than RCA. Any of them will connect to a TV if you have the adapter cables. CVI would be the best by far, it supports 1080i video.

Yes, but what connectors would be on each end? Obviously CVI into the television as you have stated, but is it a VGA component out of the back of the laptop or something else? Thanks for your help.
