this an old device but i like better than some of the new ones i have had before..

the problem is that sometimes usually when the volume is low starts going off and then comes back if i turn the volume allthe way up...

sometimes i can use the device all day long without a problem.

if theres a guide about how to fix this it would be great..

its a great device ,i dont want to get rid of it.

sounds like you may have a dirty volume potentiometer. The local electronics store has a can of spray cleaner which may help

not a duster spray can, but an electronics cleaner to clean dirty potentiometers (removes corrosion)
