sony reciever

    i just bought a sony reciever model #STR- 500 i was wondering if i could hook up an equalizer to this reciever any help would be grateful. thank you

    Does it have a tape in/out and tape monitor button? Use that loop if it does..

    My sympathies too.. They have a nasty tendency to blow the outputs if run into less than 4 ohm speaker loads... and the output chips cost £119 +vat each.
