Yamaha CRX-E400 hookup

Ok, so you have to bear with me here, im amazingly clueless about setting up audio systems. So i have the Yamaha CRX-E400 and its great for personal use...if a little old. I want to connect the reciever to my new Dell laptop somehow so I can play my music through its speakers. I've tried everything I can to connect them to play and I cant figure it out. The link below is to my system. Any advice/ help would be great. especially if someone could walk me through all the hookups/ plug-ins needed. Thanks a ton!

i too have my troubles in this area.does your system have a usb port connection?this would be your connection method.
