I have the opportunity to buy a Sony KDL 46 SL 140, 1080p (1920 x 1080), 18,000:1, 4 HDMI, for $1199.99 Canadian. It is from a Sony repair/refurbishing store in Ontario, Canada. The tv looks as good as new and comes with a 1 year warranty.
Do you guys think this is a quality tv? It seems to be the best price for a quality tv of its size that I can find. Most other 46" tv's with similar features are priced in the $1400-$1600 range.

Sony refurbished is fine, but I wouldn't buy one without an extended warranty. What warranty are they giving you on the refurb.
This is apparently a refurbished hotel TV, so it's hard to match up with a consumer model for specs.
It's a competetive price.
I just picked up a Samsung Series 6 46" for <$1200 USD. Open box.
