Hello my problem is i have a new sceptre HDTV ,we have dish satalite but now the remote for dish will not change channels, only on and off and volume. we have it hooked up with a HDMI cord. It isn't the remote because it was working before we switched the tv's out . Hope you can help . Thank you for taking the time to read this. Brenda
