Your Hello. Before i start i would like to say that I've read all over the site but i couldn't find the answer to the problem that I having.I have a 55LG5600. I downloaded the 3D movie Sanctum. When I plug my HDD to the TV or try to view the MKV file on the server the tv doesn't recognize the file. How can I get the Tv to recognize and play mkv files?
The file format may not be recognised by your TV. You need to convert it to a file format it will read. Check your manual and convert the file with 3D converting software such as DVDFAB 8. I have the same issue with my Panasonic 3D TH-P50VT20 and NAS movie files. My wireless Sony blue-ray player recognises the file the Panasonic doesn't recognise, thankfully for me
