hi i have a 19" logix lcd tv with a usb port to allow rec of dtv and avi movies but some of the movies i have down loaded play but have no sound.i think a firmware update would solve this problem but i cant seem to find an update anywere on the net.does anybody else know how to solve this or a place i can get the firmware update from?
what? .. only some of them? .. how are you recording them.. and what does something like vlc tell you about those recorded files? Doubt updating the tv software will help.. it's more likely some copy protection/drm used by the broadcasters
