My buddy gave me is RCA Flat screen TV that he purchased 2 years ago for 500$. He said that there was a thunder storm and he heard some thunder and his TV shut off and now when you try to turn it on the power button flashes green then red a couple of time and turns onto a blueish screen for a couple of seconds and then shuts off. The fuse isn't blown, but I am going to replace it. What else could be the problem and how do I fix it!? Help me get a 500$ TV for free!

The power supply board, and it "ain't gonna be free", even if you have the schematic, test equipment and soldering skills.
