toshiba 62MX195 completely black screen

    62MX195 blue light and yellowish light wont turn off, the yellow one blinks at a constant rate and the power button wont turn it off, the screen was showing half a screen or an extremely light or blue screen or a combination but now it just blinks. put in a new light bulb and turned it on and it had the same problem, original bulb wad not burned. anyone have any insight?
