DBOX

Hi,

My dbox 2 seems to have gone down overnight. I am getting the channel unavailable error. I am in the blackburn area.

I think all boxes in this area have gone down. Does anyone have any info?

Have you received a new card for your subbed box
Within the last 2 weeks .
If so it may be the end of pay channels on your d box...........Paul

Thanks for your help. I have it sorted. Virgin Media changed the frequencies of all channels in my area. Didnt expect them to do all of them.

The same happened to me, so rescanned. Got nearly all the channels apart form Sky box office, which is the one I need.

Have you got sky box office?

 

this has also happend to my dbox and i know a few people with dboxs and theirs are all the same. i read somewhere that virgin are changing their signal evry day or every 3 days or something like (thats what the new cards are for)...the virgin engineer told me its to stop all the chipped virgin boxes for good.

i dont know this for sure but i think that this is the end, i have tried everything but i dont get hardly any channels now........unless someone knows any different please share!
