DBOX - Unknown Provider

    Hi,

    All my channels were missing when i put on my Dbox when I came home from work. I have done a channel scan and got all my channels back but they have put them all under a bouquet called 'Unknown Provider' Has my settings been erased and its not picking up my provider and area? How do I fix this?

    Help appreciated!

    i have the same problem with unknown provider im on t.w. keys in central sco.

    i have the same prob 2 in have 2 sort all thannels now
