digivox not working

my provider is chourus ireland and digivox xl not longer working it scrambled about 3 weeks ago, is there any thing which can be done.

 

try a factory reset 0000 to delete and rescan and emu to on.

 

have deleted and rescanned but still scrambled. sorry for the innorance but what is "EMU". steve. (note cable box and not NMDS)

 

chorus is sending out cards to every household in ireland i got mine yesterday i dont know how long free tv is going to last .

 

menu-system info ok1004 key emu to on and exit out,you need to do this every time you factory reset and auto scan to be able to view.

 

hi all, new on here so bear with me if im not quick on the ball.

just got a digivox xl, im with virgin media, aka ntl, and recently went back to basic tv package yesterday. got the box today and hooked it up, selected ntl as network, did an auto scan, found 363 channels and i thought mmmmm too easy ..... well most of the channels, seem to be non freeview, have dollar signs and i get a 'scrambled channel or bad signal' message on channels like living / sky 1 / sky sports etc, can anyone point me in right direction or tell me whats goin on

read the post above to put your emu to on,if that does not work it will need to be updated/flashed with firmware to allow you to view.
