Hi I have just bought a new box(on Tue 17th Nov) I can't get any channels on it.I normally just connect to my existing cable and away we go.Unfortunately the booklet that came with the box is not very clear and the troubleshooting pages do not list my problem. Is there a simple way of setting the box? it keeps saying 770 channels need deleting after trying to delete them and factory reset they are still there,the date of manufacture is '08 can this possibly be an old box? Thanks for any advice that can be given.. Kev...
