Help, lost channels :(

    Hi folks just wondering if anyone can help me, i have the d500 box and up until fri had been perfect however the epg was playing up so i decided to reboot the system after doing so the box constantly cant find any channels despite saying they are there when i scan, please can someone help?

    No, its not finding any channels, when i scan it finds the transponders and lists the channel names then when its finished scanning says no channels found.
