I was so pleased that I was able to copy an audio tape to DVD, and so frustrated that I don't recall how to 'finalize' the DVD to use it elsewhere. The DVD plays well in the recorder, but in my laptop doesn't get past spin-up. Can I even use the 'video' DVD recorder to produce 'audio' DVDs? I want the DVDs to be readable even in a std. DVD player.
I search online for a replacement manual, but didn't want to pay $50 for the user manual, and didn't want a service manual for $20.
I'll be grateful if you can ‘get my wife off my case'! Our kids made the tape 30 or so years ago, and we want to give them copies at Easter.
