Just bought Cucusoft Ultimate Conversion Suite. When I first run it it gives me an message box DVD2x "invalid argument encountered." It plays the DVD but there is no output profile - box is empty. It will not let me create a profile. Installed on a box with I5 processor, 4Gigs RAM, and Windows 7 Enterprise OS. No joy from Cucusoft after 2 seperate emails. Any help would be most appreciated!! Thanks.
