What is the best advanced settings?
Here's what i want:
.
1. Best quality. The video size will be 1024x768. I dont like blurry images, i want it to have the same sharpness as the original.
2. Smallest size.
3. Fastest decode on my media player and lowest CPU usage on my laptop.
4. Dont care about encoding speed.
.
.
.
Thanks... please help me because the advanced settings are very confusing.. :[
Does 2pass encode have better quality?

My laptop specs:
Windows XP Pro, Intel Pentium M 1.4GHz 1.5GB RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon 9600/9700 Series AGP 64MB, 1024x768 screen resolution.
