Any body tell me the more secrets of good quality dvd ripping in 700mb.
i m using the most common dvd ripping method in Auto GK. its tutorials also available in you tube and many more sites.
Know, i wanted to upgrade my method.
i wanted to rip the DvD with AC3 audio. When i select the AC3 audio option in Auto GK it put the original AC3 tracks of dvd into encoded AVI and its takes very much size. i wanted to rip dvd with ac3 6 channel audio but less the size.
And how other people rip the dvd in MKV in just 350 mb??
My main question is,
""I wanted to know more advance DvD ripping method"".

You can't put much more then mp3 audio in a 700mb rip and have the video come out well. A more advanced method would be to use Gordian Knot(link to sourceforge download). There's a good guide here. Control + f for "Final Size" when your at the top of the page and that will bring you to the part about how much you can fit in 1,2, and 3 700mb cd's. I recommend the intermediate method.

Thanx to "spencer8a" for telling me "Ripping DVD to XViD Ultimate guide 2.0".
I'd never ever seen that kind of guide before.
It is a Encyclopedia of XviD DvD encoding.
and its take at least a weak to read.
I'll try to follow this guide.
Thanks again.......
