Ok, so this is a fairly common issue.
The problem I have is I'm using SmartRipper on Windows 7 64 bit Home Preimium machine and I just can't find any drivers/software that will give me the drivers I need given the OS I have
Does anyone know one I can use

use a different ripper.. never heard of that one, which usually means it's junk.
