Which track is the movie?

I have an exercise video with multiple tracks ranging from 10s to 2hrs. Which one is the track to select if I want to rip the DVD track to another format like iPad? There are multiple tracks over an hour so it is hard to work out which one to copy.

You can play it on a standalone DVD player and push 'Display' on the remote.
In this instance it's the Star Trek movie and it lists T21 (Title 21) as the main movie.
The same info can be found if you play the disk on the PC using VLC.
So In this case I would rip Title 21.

usually when you open the dvd in a dvd editting program it will tell you the track length and the longest one is usually the movie.you can always go through track by track and skip ahead and preview them.
