I am having a connection issue with my lovely modem I received from my ISP. Although I suspect it is my provider that is at fault, none over there will hear me out.

My issue is that I pay for 20mb down and for the past day now I have been getting a laughable 0.18mbps to a whopping 1.4mbps. The modem insists that it is getting the full 20mb but the output is not reflecting the same. There aren't any errors in the modems log, and I do not see a way to change any output, not that you ever should with a modem.

Has anyone had the same issues and know of a fix? If not, any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
