if it's PCI-e get the ati hd4350 instead, it'll run circles around both of them and cost only $40.00. I own the ati 1650 and it won't play the newer games that need the shader 2.0, but the hd4350 will at low settings. For better reviews go to youtube and type in the model of the video card, and you can see video of the card in action. But if you only have your mind set on the ati1650 or nvidia 220gt. The nvidia is a newer card, the ati-1650 is already a 3 years old design.
The 220GT is better...but they are both junk. Playing a bluray will push either of them very close to their limits.
