I apologize for my confusion over your question about network connections. I had a brain lapse. The network connection that my brother had and I have are the same. We live together, so nothing has changed in terms of network connections. The network connection is Network 5, local and internet, Realtek RTL8101Family PCI-E Fast Ethernet NIC (NDIS 6.0). The speed of the Network connection is 100 mbps. Is that perhaps the perhaps the problem?
