Alright well this is a audio problem that I am having... I tried to do some research on this but can't really figure it out. I get this buzzing sound through the speakers with the rear plug. The buzzing is gone when using headphones on the rear plug.

But the front plug there is buzzing with the earphone and is worst with speakers. (Antec 900 case). Im guessing the speakers amplifies these sound... well this speaker is quite cheap and is just temporary. I'm guessing I'm going to have to take this apart and do some internal modification? Edit: just googled antec 900 ground loop problem and found some results... doing some reading..

    Another computer
same problem basically. I use the monitor speakers mostly on this one. The ground lift adapter (3 prong to 2) resolves this problem, but is it safe like this? The front seems to have a problem too... much worst

I've seen isolators and stuff, but before I randomly buy things i though I would ask. What would be the best way to resolve this problem? What should I buy? What do you guys recommend? Any good links that I should read?

The front panel cable is away from the motherboard and routed away from everything as much as possible... and I can solder and cut traces, Its not something I would fear, but I still don't know exactly how this works.
