Hey guys, I'm looking for ideas.

I'm building a new desk big enough for all my monitors as I can't seem to find an affordable alternative. This is it so far. Naturally it's upside down.

One this I would like to do is add lighting underneath that'll shine on the wall and floor. The lighting will run the length and the long width.

I'd like to keep it power efficient so I was thinking led. So far I've thought of rope lighting, but I'd prefer something more rigid if possible.

    Any ideas?

I would look into cold cathodes; they are like Neon, but they use less power, are much safer, and make almost no heat.
