bootlock error

    hello guys, i need some help. when i started my desktop, an error appeared and it says:
    Award bootblock bios v1.0
    Bios rom checksum error
    Detecting floppy drive A media
    insert system disk and press enter.
    and when ill restart it, i cant access to the bios...
    same with iraj's problem..
    my mobo is gigabyte N650SLI-DS4L..

    moved to correct forum as not a windows issue. your bios is screwed up so try clearing the cmos to see if that solves the problem which i doubt it will. do you have a floppy drive or can borrow 1?

    i already tried clearing the cmos, but nothing happened.. yes, i have floppy drive..

    go to gigabytes website and download the bios for your motherboard put it on the floppy and boot with the floppy in the drive, it ought to reinstall your bios

    thanks guys... i was so busy on my studies. and when i had an extra time, i tried to fix the mobo. and it was a success. i thought its so hard and time consuming. but, that was easy.. thanks alot...
