Can I change the hdd in a Seagate Goflex 250gb

As title says, can you change the hdd in a 250gb goflex drive?
Only read one post on another forum where the only reply is that there are 2 tabs which break if you open the drive, but no mention of if it is possible and if you can put the casing back on without ant problems.
So just wondering if anyone has tried or read about someone else doing it?
