So I'm fixing a friend's computer but I can't seem to find any discs for the drivers (it's a Compaq). I need to at the very least install the network card driver so that I can update Windows (I'm trying to install XP). I went to Compaq's website but it was of no help, there was no network driver. Are there any alternatives or basic network drivers that I can use that aren't included on the XP CD that I can use? Or at the very least something I can use that will identify which driver I need so that I can download it?
