Computer freezes at Compaq boot screen.

I got up this morning and turned on my computer and it loaded to the login screen. I could move the cursor but I could not type anything and yes the keyboard was plugged in.

After getting frustrated I restarted my computer and it stopped at compaq boost screen.

I also tried shutting down and booting it still stopped at compaq boot screen. Normally I would just try to start in safe mode or system recovery but no keys will work.
