I shut down my computer to refresh it and didnt hit it or touch any wires but when i went to push the power button, NOTHING HAPPENED! I have tried almost everything i could! I Tried a different Power supply, Took out the CMOS Battery and put it back in, disconnected and reconnected the RAM and tried shorting the two power switch metal things together with a screwdriver but nothing seams to work! The light on the motherboard turns on when i plug in the PC but when i press the switch nothing happens! I have also tried putting it in a different outlet but nothing is working! I really hope my motheroard isnt broken but if it is just come clean with me and tell me the hard truth! Because i just want my PC FIXED with whatever it takes!

Sounds like either mainboard or power; I would remove the PSU and use a paperclip to test if it works...if the fan spins when you do this, but it does not spin when you press the power switch, then I all signs point to the mainboard. Of course, if it does not spin, then you found your bad PSU.
