Hello there, I've lost the dongle that connects lan pc card to router. have a Compaq, armada e500, it has a 3com etherlink 111 lan pc card (3c589d) installed.Can anyone tell me where I might get a dongle to connect to router,failing that is there a way of making a wireless connection on this type of computer which also does not have a rj45 port. Thanks.
according to this link there is supposedly a rj45 jack in the laptop on right side. http://bizsupport2.austin.hp.com/bc/docs/support/SupportManual/c01120671/c01120671.pdf can use either a pc wireless card or use a usb wireless adapter.
