Driver Scanner

    can someone give me a free driver scanner.... i have been trying to find a 100% free driver scanner and i have found nothing... can someone recommend me?

    download the latest drivers from chipset manufacturer not motherboard\card manufacturer.

    unless it's dell.. those need more than even the info on the manufacturers site to get the right ones.. especially sound drivers.

    nobody needs those automatic things.. they are no better than adware garbage.. you should KNOW what is in the box on your desk.. or know how to find out

    It is true that the driver scanners that you see are just junkware/malware. They will never get you what you want. You need to go the to mfg and get the correct drivers. What brand and model number is the machine?

    Driverguide.com has one that is decent; but it isn't for auto-updates; it is more getting old, unknown parts to kinda-work.
