I just bought a Asus desktop and I can't get the dvd drive to open. No manual came with it. Been on the website and it's confusing. Should I take it back or can someone help me. Thanks
take a paper clip, extend it and push it in the pin-hole in front of the drive. that will open it. after you know it'll open, try pressing the close button instead of pushing the tray shut. if it doesent work on it's own accord, power may not be getting to the drive.
