this is a bit tricky.
all of a sudden my epson sx 215 AIO wouldnt print, i got it sorted through epson live chat, had to uninstall and reinstall all drivers, but the epson scan driver refuses to install, i went back to live chat and they gave me links to get it sorted but they didnt work. i have windows 7 running and went to the win7 help and still couldn't fix it. i have done the troubleshoot option on my pc and that doesnt work, i have tried to update driver through device manager and just get the driver is up to date, yet when i try to use epson scan i get message cannot use as scan driver is not installed.

have not tried this yet, but i am going to contact epson again a say they need to get it sorted, but i suppose i will just get go to links off them again.
