Usually you can open up the case, remove the drive itself, and install that inside another case, or even inside your PC. The drive itself might be bad, but usually the problem is the case.
hi , thanks for your reply. I tried what you said , I put it in my house pc and I could read what was on it , but when I tried to open the folders it said they were corrupt.
