Fujitsu Laptop not charging

My fujitsu laptop doesn't charge with the charger but it will start if I charge battery in another laptop... so anyone got any thoughts how I can fix it?

if not powering up with adapter then replace adapter with new 1 as ran into that a couple of times with customers.
