ok let me see if i can explain this, here goes

    Specs
    600W PSU
    AMD Athlon 2.8ghz
    Asus A8NSLI MB
    2 GB RAM
    160gb HDD
    7900GT 256MB GC

Turned on my pc no power, first taught was power supply, so i borrowed a 600 W power supply from a friend to test it out. Pc turned on 2 seconds later smoke started to come out from my graphics card it think. Quickly unplugged it.

Bought myself a 680W power supply, pc comes on a lil smoke but it comes on windows loads up and stuff, then it says graphics card is not receiving full power. What should i do, does the graphics card need replacing or was my board damaged? I'm kinda scared to leave my pc on. What should i do?
