I built my current computer about a month ago and everything was working fine, but to day i rebooted and was stuck in 1024x768. My gtc260 has worked perfectly before, and i didnt change anything when rebooting, so i dont know what happened. I reset my bios but that didnt work. Its not a driver issue because i dual boot and it is the same on both OSs.

Probably a monitor driver issue. Check your windows update list and see if it recently installed a driver update for your display.
