Wadap people, i just had a party and my friend's *bleeped* up my USB hard disk that was 1TB, and now i was thinkin is there any way's to get my file's from it? its makin a weird noise... tell me plz... i got everything on that f***in hard disk. so can it be fixed? it's LaCie 1TB, Niel Pourton version... PLEASE HELP ME, I'M DESPERATE...
Well, if you are really desperate and have important files, you could go to a data recovery company, which would physically copy the files from your hard drive to another one that hasn't failed. The wierd noise means that the disk failed, so data recovery solutions might be your only option, however they can be expensive. Also, swearing doesn't help your question
Exactly what did your "friend" do? Can your OS still see the drive? Can you move it to a different system? What happens when you try to access the drive? Error messages? What kind of computer and operating system? I agree that noises are not a good thing. I also agree that shouting and swearing are inappropriate. Dick

Also, foul language, apart from showing a lack of common sense and being completely unnecessary, is not on, can't you get your comments/request across without swearing ? (that's not a request btw). Lastly, i've removed the bold statements from the post, why do most of your posts have to be all bold ?, we're not blind, all bold text is as bad as abusing CAPS LOCK, so don't do that in future.
