My computer will randomly crash dump blue screen, then reboot. Sometimes on the reboot it will not go past the splash screen.
The HD is making a clanking metal sound often, especially when it spins up. And occasionally all of the USB ports lose power and functionality. I have an HP 8200n desktop... Windows Vista 32 bit

Anybody every had this problem? I have no idea what to do...

The clanking metal sound is something to worrie about. It may be the hdd failing. Test the hdd and if possible backup your data first.
