    All game manufacturers have minimum specs., usually listed on their websites.

    type in Nvidia 8200 MG on youtube and you can see all the games it can run.

    Wow,cod4,left for dead among other will run on it.

    It can probably run most of those games at absolute minimum settings with a bit of lag. They should install and play, but they won't be much fun.
