I've a laptop using thomson speedtouch st536v6 (one cable from speedtouch to laptop)to surf internet. Now i bought a tablet and would like to share internet surfing. I don't have a router. Do I need to get a router in order to share surf? Do I need to config anything. I check my device manager>network adapters, there are Microsoft Virtual WiFi Miniport adapter, Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller and Realtek RTL8187B wireless 892.11bg 54Mbps USB 2.0 network adapter. Is that enough to go wireless? Thank you.
i would get a wireless router(which all do both wired & wireless devices) as less trouble then trying to share thru laptop.
