I have loaded the cd program and the update for scanner. For a little while, it would run just fine. Now, it won't work at all. I have did a full system recover and reinstall and still it won't work. I have more than 1 computer and scanner. It will say it does not recognize the hardware or it gives me this error, (an undefined program error has occurred [2117]. I am running xp and vista. I have had it working on both systems, but now nothing. I need some help and don't want to have to buy a scanner.

I have tried it on all of my pc's at the house and now it won't work at all. It worked for a while on all pc's and then it just wouldn't work at all. thanks for trying
