I was wondering if anyone can help me find a couple of drivers for an HP/Compaq NX5000 Notebook. My dad recently wiped his hard drive and used one of my windows disks to reinstall windows, having lost the actual H P recovery disk. But this led to the notebook lacking some essential drivers for which I looked all over the net to find, and cannot seem to. The two drivers in the device manager are simply labeled: "Multimedia Audio Controller" and "Ethernet Controller" (or something like that) I used the HP website, and cannot seem to find the appropriate drivers to get rid of the yellow !. and until then, there is no sound and the ethernet port wont work. anybody have any help for me? thanks in advance.
thanks ddp....i got the rest of my drivers from that page, but do not know how i missed those two on there....laptop working fine now!....thanks again!
