i have a windows cp dell c521 and i keep having the same problem after a while my internet will just shut off even though it shows it is working fine and everytime i try to use task manager i get an error that pops up so when i try to restart my pc i get the blue screen of death i notice it keeps saying the problem is rdbss.sys and that it is doing a memory dump. i have no idea what to do please help
What you need to know is the stop error you get when you get said BSOD. It should look something like "Stop 0x00000020", just look that up and it will tell you what is wrong.
