I am facing this sudden issue with my lINKSYS WRTP54G V1.1 of constant disconnection. i got a splitter which connects to my tv, pc, and the router and the main dsl cable is connected in splitter. everything was running fine but from past 2days i cant bear the problem. constant disconnecting. the main dsl wire is not fitting in the pc where as it properly fits in the splitter. What may be the problem that is creating this problem? The minute i connect the linksys router it starts disconnecting where as if the router is removed the net is on.. i even tried to update on it but couldn't locate it . Any clue why do i face such problem ? i even reset the router still issues..pls help me out :(

moved to correct forum as not a windows issue. if pc works alright on the net without the router then the router is the problem so try another router to see what happens.
