I just bought a computer from ibuypower.com. It had a " [Free Upgrade] Liquid CPU Cooling System w/ 120mm Radiator [SOCKET-1366]" so I thought what the hell. I have no experience in liquid cooling. The case that I put it in is a NZXT Panzer. My problem is that I didn't realize how loud two 190mm and a 120mm fan would be. Having a liquid cooled cpu, can I turn off the fans? The hard drive probably doesn't ever work hard enough to need cooling and the video card is a ATI Radeon HD 5770 - 1GB, so it is cooling itself somewhat. What are possibilities for a quieter cooling situation here? It's deafening, thanks for your help.

Not a good idea to turn off the fans...everything will seem fine right up to about 30 seconds before the CPU overheats. You could get some quieter fans; I am sure that ibuypower.com used the cheapest fans they could find.
