    Hi,

I disabled my Local are connection by accident and now it,and the drivers, have gone. my laptop will not even recognise my lan adapter now in device manageror anywhere else. iv been into bios and enabled it but that dosent work. its almost like someone has taken the adapter out of my laptop, there is no sign what so ever!! my wireless adapter still works but i need my ethernet! i have windows 7 and intel due 2 processor, if thats any help

Iv litrally searched everywhere for the answer to this, id be very impressed if someone knew what was going on. i can only think it somet to do with the bios, but i only disabled the local area connection icon, this shudnt be happening!!!

    thanks
